1. Services

Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing before work commences.

2. Payment Terms

• Monthly retainers billed at start of each month
• Project work: 50% advance, 50% on completion
• Invoices due within 7 days. Accepted: UPI, Razorpay, Stripe

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all creative work becomes client property. Vansh Marketing may display completed work in its portfolio.

4. Cancellation

• Retainer services: 30 days written notice required
• Project work: 50% advance is non-refundable once work begins

5. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes subject to courts in Mumbai.
